1. Introduction

This website and Manly Cricket Academy (MCA) is operated by MANLY WARRINGAH CRICKET ACADEMY PTY LTD as trustee for the Manly Warringah Cricket Academy Trust ABN 65 201 820 845 (“we, “us” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. These Terms & Conditions together with other information on this webpage, will inform you as to full conditions you are agreeing to.

2. MCA General Conditions

Everyone attending MCA is subject to these Terms & Conditions. MCA has the legal right to deny anyone entry and/or instruct anyone to immediately leave the MCA facility at any time. Anyone refusing to comply with our T&C's will be asked by MCA authorised personnel to immediately leave the MCA facility; and if the people refuse then the Police will be called immediately.

3. MCA Net Hire

MCA will only accept bookings with full payment. ie No payment = no booking. Bookings can be made online. No court hire bookings can take place that are for a Commercial activity (eg Competitions, Tournaments, Social Events, Coaching) at MCA unless first authorised in writing by MCA Management.

4. MCA Net Hire Cancelations

If you provide more than 48 hours notice prior to the start time of a booking you will receive a full credit on your MCA Profile Account (refer to "Credit on your MCA Account") equal to the cost of the booking being deleted.- To cancel a booking outside the 48 hrs notice period :-Option 1 = Online and then click “view my current bookings” link (under the calendar on the right), and . . .Option 2 = Phone reception on 0411 696 333. NO cancelations are accepted within 48 hours of the start time of a booking. ie It is 48 hours, not just the day before. We have this policy in place for the benefit of everyone because it means- It deters people booking and canceling-changing late which has made it hard for others to book the court;- We are all booking knowing the policy and it should not become other people problem if a person who has booked a court has a change of plans for any reason be it in that persons control or out of their control (eg an accident).

5. MCA Wet Weather

All bookings proceed irrespective of the weather.

6. Credit on your MCA Account

MCA does not refund any credits. Credit will expire after 12 months from the date of its creation: ie Use the credit within 12 months or lose it.

7. Alcohol at MCA

Alcohol is not allowed to be sold or consumed by anyone while at MCA.

8. Coaching in MCA Nets

Casual Net Hirers are NOT permitted to conduct any coaching, of any form, on MCA Nets. Coaching programs on MCA Nets can only be provided by MCA Approved Coaches, and people having lessons with MCA Approved Coaches are customers of that coach, so they should deal directly with the coach. Everyone attending MCA is subject to the MCA Terms & Conditions, irrespective of whether they are in a coaching program provided by a MCA Approved Coach or not.
